How is the discount applied?
Auto-applied to every platform-key API call for 30 days from top-up. Stacks with normal usage; doesn't expire on partial use. Settle path reads user_discounts.multiplier directly — no extra integration on your side.
When does it activate?
On Stripe payment success the webhook fires, the order completes and a promo_grant outbox task lands the discount before your wallet credit settles. Typical lag: < 5 seconds end to end.
Can I refund?
Yes — within 7 days, no questions. Note: any refund (full or partial) revokes the promo discount immediately. By design, to keep the offer hard to game.
